[01 / 05]A BETTER WAY TO GET CARE
People. Health. Progress.

Less work around getting care.

You focus on getting care. Your clinical team focuses on providing it.
Kodap helps carry the work between you.

Primary care

Build an ongoing relationship.
Keep your health moving forward.

Non-emergency urgent care

Timely help for everyday concerns.
Services and hours to be announced.

Virtual visits

Appropriate care and follow-up online.
Connected to your in-person experience.

Your information, together

You shouldn’t have to start over.

Your planned Kodap profile brings together the information you choose to share. Reuse appropriate answers, confirm changes, and fill in what’s missing.

How your profile will work

Contact details, insurance information, health history, medications, preferences, and relevant updates will stay connected. You will be able to update your answers and flag discrepancies for your care team. Clinicians may still need to confirm information or ask additional questions.

Clinician-led. Technology-supported.

More room for the human side.

A physician-led team, including qualified physician assistants and clinical support staff. Technology helps with preparation and coordination. Clinical decisions stay with your clinician.

What technology will support

Kodap will support information gathering, documentation drafts, communication, and approved next steps. The goal is to reduce unnecessary work, not rush appointments or replace a conversation with a chatbot. Clinical judgment belongs to the responsible clinician.

Before. During. After.
Care that follows you

A visit is just one part
of your journey.

Find an appropriate appointment. Complete the questions that matter. Return to approved updates, instructions, and next steps in one connected experience.

iOS app coming soonMobile web and assisted access are planned too.
One place for what comes next

The planned app will show upcoming visits, outstanding questions, approved updates, and communication with your participating care team. Ask Kodap will help navigate supported administrative requests. Clinical questions go to the appropriate care team.

For tests, referrals, and further visits, Kodap will support the coordination available for that service and show what needs your attention. External providers, laboratories, pharmacies, and insurers may have their own requirements and timelines.

OUR LONG-TERM MISSION

A better way to receive
and deliver care.

Make quality healthcare accessible to more people. Our first step is to prove a model with less repetitive work, a simpler patient experience, and more room for clinical teams.

Explore Kodap
1. Is KodapOne open?+

Not yet. Our first clinic is in development, and appointments are not available. Confirmed opening and booking updates will be shared before launch.

2. Where will the first clinic be?+

Oklahoma is the target for our first clinic. The location is still being developed, and we will share the confirmed address when it is ready to announce.

3. What care is planned?+

Primary care and non-emergency urgent care, supported by virtual visits for appropriate needs. Final services, age ranges, hours, and same-day options will be confirmed before opening.

4. Will you accept insurance?+

We plan to accept insurance. Participating plans, pricing, and payment options have not been announced. Available cost information will be published before booking opens. Insured patient costs depend on the applicable plan, benefits, and services.

5. Will AI replace my clinician?+

No. KodapOne is being developed as clinician-led care. AI will support tasks such as preparing information and documentation drafts and coordinating approved next steps. It is not a substitute for the responsible clinician’s judgment.

6. Do I need the app or a card?+

No. Mobile web and assisted access are planned too. The KodapOne card will offer a convenient way to open supported account or arrival flows after identity verification. It will not contain your medical history or replace identity checks. Care should not depend on being comfortable with an app.

7. How are Kodap and KodapOne related?+

Kodap is the technology company developing the platform. KodapOne is the healthcare brand bringing it into a physical and virtual care experience. Connections with other practices depend on participation and supported capabilities; a profile or card does not automatically connect every provider.

8. Can I request care through the launch list?+

No. The launch list is for future-service updates, not clinical questions, medical advice, or appointment requests. Please do not submit symptoms, records, or other sensitive health information. Joining will not create a patient relationship or reserve an appointment.
